Job Description: Heavy Machinery Operator

​

We are seeking experienced and skilled Heavy Machinery Operators to join our team. As a Heavy Machinery Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maneuvering heavy machinery, specifically Semi Side Tippers, Bull Dozers, or Loaders. A valid HR, HC, or MC License is required for this position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy machinery, including Semi Side Tippers, Bull Dozers, or Loaders, Excavators and Graders following all safety protocols and guidelines.

  • Safely load, unload, and transport materials using the designated machinery.

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the machinery to ensure proper functioning and report any issues or malfunctions.

  • Follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to accomplish project goals.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety standards are upheld.

  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to heavy machinery operation.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating heavy machinery, specifically in Semi Side Tippers, Bull Dozers, or Loaders.

  • Possession of a valid HR, HC, or MC License is mandatory. (Unrestricted)

  • Proven track record of operating machinery safely and efficiently.

  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols associated with heavy machinery operation.

  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, plans, and specifications.

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor environments and withstand varying weather conditions.
